MANAGING A MULTI-GENERATIONAL WORKFORCE


Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Generation Yers are employees of every company.  Each group offers a different perspective for your business unit and each group faces varied challenges.  During this workshop, participants learn to appreciate the generational differences, explore what motivates each group and discover ways to tap into those values to enhance each employee’s productivity and job satisfaction.  Participants will become adept at reducing conflict and fostering communication across all different generational groups.

In this session, participants will learn:

  • Challenges associated with multi-generational workforces
  • Motivation techniques for specific groups
  • Conflict management skills
  • Communication skills to bridge the generation gap
